Clouds Theme

Moodle's default theme is a very neutral grey/white theme and relies on no images

This theme changes this by bringing in color and images to try and spice up the interface

Tyis theme is a work in progress and is constantly being updated.

This theme is 1.6 compliant and is reliant on the "standard" theme being installed
